We work on a 3:2:1 ratio, which means for every three candidates we recommend, we’re confident you’ll want to interview two and hire one.

Because our team is made up of dedicated entrepreneurs our staff turnover is very limited and so your point of contact will remain stable throughout. Hence we do not keep calling you up to see if you have vacancies - we are confident enough in our owns abilities and relationships to let you come to us if you have a need.
